Shipping Information
We aim to ship all orders received prior to 2pm on any working day, that same day.
Please Note: There are occasions when this is not possible, usually due to the type of product ordered. i.e. Keyed Alike Locks which require specialist work to prepare.
If you want to double check the lead times on a product get in touch, and we'll come straight back to you.
If you place an order and we foresee any issue which will affect the delivery timeline, we shall notify you and run through what the schedule will be.
At the end of the day, we want you to be happy with your experience, so we promise to do everything in our power to ensure your orders delivery is as smooth as possible.
UK Shipments
For our UK shipments we use DPD or Royal Mail depending on the service you select in the checkout.
The amount you pay is based upon the weight of the goods you order, with heavier packages costing more than lighter ones. We try to use Royal Mail's Tracked 24 Service where possible, but if the items are too heavy for this we can use DPD for a signed for and tracked service.
Our Royal Mail Tracked 24 parcels should arrive with you the next working day but this service is not quite as reliable as our DPD Local (express) service, therefore we say to allow 2-4 working days for delivery.
Select our 'Express Delivery' option when checking out and we shall use DPD Local to deliver your goods (requires a signature). We state this is a 1-2 working day service as we have found this better represents the time it can take to get the average order delivered. DPD Local offer a next working day delivery service but with the types of products we sell there is often extra work which needs to be carried out before a shipment is ready to go.
Please note this is only to mainland UK addresses so England, Wales and Scotland (Excluding the Highlands). This does not include the Chanel Islands, Shetland and Orkney Islands or Northern Ireland. Please contact us if you would like more information.
To keep you informed of when your shipment will be delivered, on the day of dispatch DPD shall email / text you with your tracking number (if email / mobile number provided when ordering). Following this message you shall receive an ETA for the delivery when the parcel leaves your local depot, and the shipment is trackable via their website.

EU & Rest of the World Shipments
For shipments travelling outside of the UK we have broken our pricing up between the countries within the EU, and the rest of the world. Therefore you will be offered the corresponding shipping option for your delivery region.
Our overseas shipping brackets currently are targeted towards orders which do not weigh over 5 - 10 kgs. If therefore you are looking to order a lot of heavy goods, or a safe even, you will probably find it costs a lot to ship it ... In this case it is best to get in touch with us and we can look into alternative delivery options for the goods you require. This should save you a great deal and will avoid the Royal Mail boycotting us after being presented with a 500kg box destined for Australia!
International orders are likely to be subject to the duties and taxes in your delivery country. We do not charge UK VAT on orders delivered to outside of the UK. The courier we use will contact you for any payment due, and this amount is down to you to pay. If the parcel is returned to us due to unpaid taxes we can not refund the cost of the shipping and we will deduct any charges incurred from the refund of the products.
Why is my country not available as a delivery destination?
We are able to ship goods worldwide and as such offer a large selection of delivery countries when using the checkout. If however you cannot find your country listed it does not necessarily mean we cannot ship there, in fact it may just be an oversight. Therefore please do get in touch and we shall endeavour to help further.
