ERA Fortress Mortice SashLock (BS3621:2007)

This High Security 5 lever British Standard (BS3621:2007) sashlock has been designed to meet the exacting demands of the insurance companies and the Police. Higher security levels are delivered by a 20mm bolt throw, hardened steel plates to resist drilling, and four hardened steel rollers in the deadbolt to resist hack sawing.

The Fortress Sashlock features a pull and twist action latch which can easily reverse the hand of the lock without the removal of the lock cover or screws. The keys, manufactured of manganese bronze have 1,000 variations for added security. Internally all the steel levers have false notching to resist lock picking.

This ERA Intumescent Kit is designed to suit the ERA Fortress BS Sashlock Manufactured from interdens, it can be cut down to size and features zero pressure foam expansion. It has been tested to BS476 Part 22: 1987 & BS EN 1634-1: 2014 and is both 30 and 60 minute rated. The semi rigid interdens with a self-adhesive backing ensure easy application. Rebate sets are only needed for double rebated doors, these are not the plates you require if you have a single door these are included with every mortice lock.
