Deadbolt to lock out code users Panic/Safety function - inside handle retracts deadbolt and latch These features make the 520/525 an ideal, economical solution to door control problems in health, educational and other institutional premises. The lever handles allow its use as the primary lock on a door. Management can lock the deadbolt to prevent further entry by code users. Management can set the lock to allow free access by all users, without entering a code, when controlled access is not necessary. The safety function ensures that the inside lever handle will retract the deadbolt and the latchbolt simultaneously, and so makes it impossible to accidentally lock a person in a room. The management key can always be used to open doors for cleaning and security staff. The mortice lock will accept any standard Euro-profile type cylinder in place of the one supplied.
